Online appointments

If you would like to use this facility please contact the surgery. We will then prepare a document, which must be collected in person from the surgery, containing the information which you will need in order to register on-line. Please allow 48 hours before collecting the registration document.

To safeguard the system we would ask you to bring photographic identification with you - for example, passport, driving licence or bus pass.

For appointments with a GP please use our econsult and give as much detail as possible. These will then be triaged by a GP and we will then contact you to arrange treatment or an appointment as necessary.

The doctors operate a 'personalised' list system which, we feel, creates good continuity of care, but if your doctor is fully booked we will try to offer you an appointment with an alternative doctor.

It is not always necessary to see your GP face to face and if you feel a telephone consultation will suffice please let us know when submitting your e consult.

The Partners would like to remind patients that our male and female GPs are able to assess male and female specific conditions equally well. Patients will get the same level of care regardless of the gender of their GP.

Tel: 01449 720666 for appointments

Appointments with our practice nurses, health care assistant and phlebotomist may be booked in advance through reception.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

GP+ Appointments

Suffolk GP+ is for people who urgently need a doctor’s appointment or are unable to see their GP during normal GP hours.

Appointments can be made via Reception during our usual opening hours. Please note that patients cannot refer themselves to this service.

The service is staffed by local Suffolk GPs and Nurse Practitioners in Ipswich, Felixtowe, Stowmarket, Leiston and Wickham Market and is an NHS service delivered by the Suffolk GP Federation.

You will be given a booked appointment and will be seen by a suitable local GP or nurse who will have access to your medical records (once consent is given).
